eligibility for refund
- refunds are issued only for items with confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries
- returns due to personal preference (such as size, fit or style) are eligible only for store credit or exchange
- items must be inspected and approved by our team before any refund can be processed
refund process
once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. if approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
processing times are typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
non-refundable items
- shipping fees (unless the error was ours)
- gift cards
- free promotional items included in offers such as “buy one, get additional products at no cost”
complimentary items included in promotional bundles cannot be refunded or credited.
refund method
approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method. if the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be provided instead.
