yes. all ooak products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
this includes issues related to materials or production — such as faulty hinges, lenses, or structural flaws — as long as they are not caused by misuse or accidents.

how long does shipping take?
we offer fast, express shipping worldwide. all orders are processed within 24 hours, and delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

how to return my order?
we are committed to your complete satisfaction. should you wish to return your eyewear, we offer a 100-day return policy, commencing from the date of delivery. to initiate a return, please follow these refined steps:
1. ensure eligibility: items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all protective materials and tags intact. the original packaging, including any cases or cloths, must also be returned in pristine condition.
