you may request a return within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is in original condition, unworn, unused and with all original packaging and accessories.
how to start a return
to initiate a return, contact our support team at help@ooakeyewear.com within 14 days of delivery. include your order number, reason for return and clear photos of the item. returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
conditions for return
- only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries are eligible for full refund
- returns due to personal preference such as size, fit or style are only eligible for store credit or exchange, not refund
- products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact
- items returned without approval or outside the return window may not be processed
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or card issuer
shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error such as a defective or incorrect item
