return window
you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in original condition: unworn, unused and with all original packaging and accessories included.
how to start a return
to initiate a return, email help@ooakeyewear.com within 14 days of delivery. include your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos and videos of the item. please send as many visual details as possible, so our team can quickly confirm whether the product is in perfect condition or if there is a noticeable issue. returns submitted without prior approval or proper visual proof may not be accepted.
conditions for return
- only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries are eligible for refund
- returns due to personal preference (such as size, fit or style) are eligible only for store credit or exchange
- products must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact
- returns sent without approval or outside the return window may not be processed
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. if approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
exchanges
to exchange a product for a different color or style, email help@ooakeyewear.com. exchanges are subject to product availability and the same return conditions listed above.
return shipping
return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.
non-returnable items
- gift cards
- products received for free as part of promotional offers (for example, when extra items are added to your order at no cost)
- items with signs of wear, misuse or damage caused after delivery
note: free items included in promotional bundles or gifts (such as offers where you receive additional products at no cost) are not eligible for refunds or store credit. these items are provided as a courtesy.
